processing the forms necessary to register and/or title semi- trailers
and/or chassis. As a statuatory agent, the company provides an address
for out of state customers. The company states trailers that travel
outside of the state of Maine 80% of the time are tax exempt. The
company was established and incorporated in Maine in 1973 and employs 8
people. Ms. Shirley St. Pierre is the President. Ms. Kathy Peaslee is
the License Consultant. Ms. Susan Peaslee is the Long Term Lease
