In disussions with dealer or Sea Hunt if they start
explaining about how Sea Hunt measures and injects foam in your boat
based on some basic foam flotation requirements of Coast Guard, you know
they do not understand USCG regulations or are obscuring USCG
regulations and how they apply to boats 20 FT in length or over. (i.e.,
there is NO USCG requirement to fill your boat with any foam whatsoever
if the boat is 20 feet or over). The foam quantity is entirely
controlled by Sea Hunt and/or dealers. Call USCG Office of Boating
